aerobiccapacity.com uses the information you submit to create and deliver the program connected to your verified activation result.

What we collect

Your name, email, station result, assigned pathway or track, scorecard-verification confirmation, optional marketing choice, submission time, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this data to interpret your result, generate your program, email the program from info@aerobiccapacity.com, support delivery, and prepare aggregate activation reporting for the event partner. Your optional marketing choice is separate and does not affect program delivery.

Who supports delivery

Website hosting and Google Workspace / Gmail process data only as needed to store submissions and send the requested program. The event partner receives aggregate activation reporting, not participant-level data.

Retention

Saved programs and their private links do not expire automatically. We retain your submitted name, email, results, and program so you can continue accessing your workouts. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@aerobiccapacity.com.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@aerobiccapacity.com. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing at any time.

Support: The event partner owns event-day support. info@aerobiccapacity.com owns failed-email recovery, result corrections, post-event exports, and final deletion confirmation.
